Start with company requirements.
Choose a workflow such as policy and knowledge Q&A, document review, internal research, or reporting. Define the result, the evidence needed, and what a person must approve.
PRIVATE LLM / COMPANY REQUIREMENTS
Start with your company’s own infrastructure, approved knowledge, and workflows. Define where the LLM would run, how information would move, who could access it, and how the deployment would be supported.
Discuss your company’s requirementsDedicated deployments are scoped and contracted separately from standard desktop subscriptions. Deployment, security, support, and delivery commitments are agreed in writing for your company.
Choose a workflow such as policy and knowledge Q&A, document review, internal research, or reporting. Define the result, the evidence needed, and what a person must approve.
Describe your infrastructure, data flows, user access, network restrictions, and support needs. Begin evaluation with synthetic or company-approved, deidentified material.
Set quality, access, recovery, and operating criteria before expanding. Specify implementation and support responsibilities in the written scope.
Dedicated deployment
Your company’s environment, people, information, and support requirements determine the scope. Confirm the proposed design and written commitments before production work begins.
Size the environment for the agreed workloads, document volumes, response expectations, concurrent users, and recovery needs. Benchmark on the proposed hardware rather than assuming desktop limits apply.
Identify where inference, documents, retrieval indexes, prompts, outputs, logs, and backups would reside. Document external model or service calls, optional connections, telemetry, updates, and support transfers.
Specify user roles, approved knowledge sources, permission enforcement, administration, and support access. Evaluate required controls and test prohibited retrieval and actions against the proposed design.
Define source checks, missing-information behavior, review criteria, and representative test cases. Keep consequential decisions and external submissions with accountable people.
Assign responsibility for security patches, model and software updates, re-evaluation, rollback, incident response, backups, and restore testing.
Confirm model licensing, rights to company data and custom work, retention and data-use terms, support obligations, portability, and the process for ending the relationship.
Be precise about the boundary. A private or dedicated deployment does not automatically transfer ownership of base-model weights, make every feature local, enable offline operation, or establish compliance. Confirm training and retention terms, external dependencies, required controls, and assurance evidence for the agreed solution.
LET’S UNDERSTAND YOUR COMPANY
Tell us the workflow, the result your team needs, and the deployment, data-flow, access, and support requirements that matter. Do not include customer records, account numbers, personal information, credentials, or other sensitive data.
For small and midsized banks. Use the bank-specific deployment inquiry for banking requirements.
