Check the audience before the link leaves
Before sharing a working conversation, remove unnecessary personal information, confirm who needs the material, and inspect the destination’s visibility. A client-ready document may be more appropriate than the entire conversation that produced it.
- Confirm whether the destination requires an authorized account or is publicly readable.
- Share only the files or sections the intended recipients need.
- Treat revocation as one control, not proof that all earlier copies disappear.
